Sindhuli – 2 | 1999 House of Representatives Election Results

There were 33,384 votes casted during 1999 House of Representatives elections in Sindhuli District, Constituency No. 2. The candidte of Nepal Communist Party (Unified Marxist-Leninist) - Shanker Nath Sharma Adhikari secured 14,142 (42.36%) votes and secured victory in the election. The runner-up candidate was Ujwal Baral of Nepali Congress Party who secured 13,103 (39.25%) votes and came in second position. The difference in votes of Shanker Nath Sharma Adhikari and Ujwal Baral was 1,039. All other candidates secured 6,139 (18.39%) votes.
