Panchthar – 2 | 1999 House of Representatives Election Results

There were 44,560 votes casted during 1999 House of Representatives elections in Panchthar District, Constituency No. 2. The candidte of Nepal Communist Party (Unified Marxist-Leninist) - Damber Sing Sambahamphe secured 15,049 (33.77%) votes and secured victory in the election. The runner-up candidate was Vishma Raj Aangdembe of Nepali Congress Party who secured 13,259 (29.76%) votes and came in second position. The difference in votes of Damber Sing Sambahamphe and Vishma Raj Aangdembe was 1,790. All other candidates secured 16,252 (36.47%) votes.
