Kshireshwornath is a Municipality, which is located in Dhanusa district, Province No. 2 of Nepal. Kshireshwornath has total 10 wards, which are scattered across 51 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Kshireshwornath Municipality had total population of 42.

As of 2011, 2,965 population in Kshireshwornath Municipality were absent from their households, which equals to 7,059.52 percent of the total population. Absence of males was 2,955, which equals to 13.98 percent of total 21,141 males. Same as, 10 females were absent, which equals to 0.05 percent of 20,652 females. At least one member of 2,414 (31.05 percent) households were absent.

The population with age-group 65 to 69 had male to female ratio of 1.38, which states that this age group had maximum males as compared to females. Similarly, age-group 25 to 29 had most female population as compared to male population with male to female ratio of 0.82. The age-groups 65 to 69, 50 to 54, 70 to 74, 40 to 44, 60 to 64, 15 to 19, 55 to 59, 5 to 9, below 4, 10 to 14, 45 to 49 had majority of male population while age-groups 20 to 24, above 75, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 25 to 29 had majority of female population as per male-female ratios. Moreover, age-groups had eqivalent or almost equal numbers of male and female population with male-female ratios of 1.

According to Nepal Government records as of 2017, there were total 7,109 in Kshireshwornath Municipality with 3,502 (49.26%) of males and 3,607 (50.74%) females. There were total 24 schools. In average, 296 students were studying in each school.

Top five castes of people in Kshireshwornath Municipality are Yadav (7,295), Koiri/Kushwaha (4,776), Muslim (4,169), Chamar/Harijan/Ram (2,185) and Sudhi (1,904) with total population of 20,329, which forms 48,402.38 percent out of total population of 42 in Kshireshwornath Municipality.

Out of total population of 41,793, there were total 513 (1.23%) disabled persons in Kshireshwornath Municipality with 285 (55.56%) males and 228 (44.44%) females. The physically disabled persons were 144, while mentally disabled people were 34 and intellectually disabled were 11.

Out of total 7775 households in Kshireshwornath Municipality, there were 398 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 2,226 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 264 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 4,456houses were founded on wood.

With respect to wall of the houses, 360 houses were mud bonded, 2,445 houses were cement bonded, 54 houses were wood planks bonded, 4,681 houses were bamboo bonded and 4 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.

There were several types of house roofs reported. Total 529 houses were reported of having thatch roofs while 95 houses had galvanized roofs. Similarly, 5,627 houses had roof of tile, 1,313 houses had RCC roofs, 82 houses had roof of woods while 0 houses were reported having roof of mud. As per 2011 CBS census, some of the houses had other types of roofs while some didn't report about the roof structure.

With respect to the toilets, 4,966 out of 7,775 houses didn't report of having a private toilet for their households. Nevertheless, 1,412 houses were reported of having flush toilet while 1,294 houses reported having ordinary toilets.

In Kshireshwornath Municipality, there were total 1,267 houses, which were equiped with piped tap water resources while 5,708 houses were reported of having tubewell water facilities. Same as, 15 houses had covered well while 647 houses didn't have any cover on their tubewell. Other resources of water facilities were spout water (39) and river stream (1), which were reported of the household's source of water.

With reference to source of fuel, 4,621 households reported their source of fuel as firewood while 63 households had kerosene as their fuel source. The LP gas was used by 565 households as a source of fuel. Moreover, other sources of fuel were cow dung (2,370), bio-gas (19), fuel electricity (1), etc.

Same as, total 6,256 households had reported of having electricity as the source of their household's lighting. The households still using kerosene as source of light were 1,365, while 42 households used solar energy as source of lights. Total 0 households also reported of using bio-gas as a source of light. The ratio of use of electricity as compared to other source of light was 0.80.

out of 7,775 households in Kshireshwornath Municipality, 1,170 houses reported of having no any facility in their household while 6,404 households reported of using at least one facility. According to 2018 Economic Census, there are total 1,255 establishments in Kshireshwornath Municipality that are involved in various economic activities. In those establishments, total 4,524 persons are engaged for the economic activities, as a self-employed or an employee, with total male engagement of 3,402 and female engagement of 1,122 persons.In every business, there were an average of 3.60 people engaged with average males are 2.71 and females are 0.89. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 3.03, which means as many as 3.03 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
