Dhanusa – 5 | 1994 House of Representatives Election Results

There were 45,237 votes casted during 1994 House of Representatives elections in Dhanusa District, Constituency No. 5. The candidte of Nepal Communist Party (Unified Marxist-Leninist) - Ram Lakhan Mahato secured 16,590 (36.67%) votes and secured victory in the election. The runner-up candidate was Dr. Ramavaran Yadav of Nepali Congress Party who secured 15,826 (34.98%) votes and came in second position. The difference in votes of Ram Lakhan Mahato and Dr. Ramavaran Yadav was 764. All other candidates secured 12,821 (28.34%) votes.
