Dang – 2 | 1999 House of Representatives Election Results
There were 36,474 votes casted during 1999 House of Representatives elections in Dang District, Constituency No. 2. The candidte of Nepali Congress Party - Bal Dev Sharma secured 14,811 (40.61%) votes and secured victory in the election. The runner-up candidate was Chhabi Lal Oli of Nepal Communist Party (Unified Marxist-Leninist) who secured 8,463 (23.20%) votes and came in second position. The difference in votes of Bal Dev Sharma and Chhabi Lal Oli was 6,348. All other candidates secured 13,200 (36.19%) votes.
